When did DD sleep until? Jellytot got me up at 20 past 7, but we immediately switched bedtime nappy to knickers. So fingers crossed for a good day please xxx

Dd slept until gone 8 which is most unusual and probably means tonight will be late. But last night was almost 10pm. Ugh! We are having a quiet day - only 350 steps so far. The sun is shining so I shall drag her up to the rec later on.

Didn't finish another centre, but it's one where I'll need to do more work. Dh is putting dd to bed tonight so I know I can crack on with it then.

I have used z1ff1t and got myself a whopping 10% extra on their offers. And some bits for mm too. I am slowly stripping back my extraneous 'why did I keep it, I never listen to it' stuff. I'm not a great music fan, can't stand earphones!

And my MBTs are making my legs ache, so I must be really really out of shape. Last time I had a pair (pre-dd times) I don't recall them making me ache and I concluded they were a load of baloney. Maybe I was not quite right...

Breakfast: pancakes made from 3 eggs, 100g cottage cheese, 1 scoop of my new choc protein powder and 2 extremely heaped teaspoons coconut flour. All zapped together and served with defrosted blueberries and a glug of cream. It made a huge amount but I soldiered through eating every last crumb... Won't be moving for a while!

And am planning in getting the mortgage down to the 52s by the end of the month .

All been up to local coffee shop. Dh then took dd home via the rec and I came back via aldee. Once home,I warmed up and did a workout - go me! 12x 5/15 secs: squat thrust + plank jack press up; 2 squat jumps with 180 ° turn + tuck jump. Then another session of high knees, air squats and a warm down.

Now to take dd out on her roller skates...

Dd and I are off to Lunnun town tomorrow. After searching through her Hell0 K1tty in Lunnun book, dd says she'd like to go to Regents Park. And then drops in the part about going to the zoo! So we'll get a 2for1 deal with the travelcard and make the most of it. And go armed with a ruksack full of food, my fitbit in my pocket, and my MBTs on my feet.

Oooh the burn of the MBT's. You should be able to recalculate your fitbit to take into account just how much they burn on their own Hope you have a brilliant day tomorrow and enjoy the zoo. I 'spect I shall see you leapfrog me in the steps taken wanna challenge day tomorrow? You'll definitely be beating me, that is for sure but you might push me to do more

I aint never gonna be daft enough to challenge you Lilty! Each time I get to the decade below you, you just go off on a jaunt and disappear over the horizon. Ha ha to industriousness: 7 more mice finished and another 8 cut out... Am thinking of selling them in groups of 4 - all different colours - but have no idea on how to price them. A conundrum for another day...
