Impressive! We split the day into 3 sessions and tomorrow I'm on 2, during which I may work on updating departmental handbook, SOW, blah, blah, blah. Or I may do some sewing and turning bunny limbs the right way round and stuffing... Then, during the session I'm not doing, I 'may' go off site for a lonnnnng walk. Unless it's raining, in which case I'll do photocopying!

    Today's plan of action:
    - church and kids klub
    - be in by 2pm for a buyer to collect a few bits
    - go out at 3 to collect a duvet + pillows from freecycle (only want the pillows for their stuffing!)
    - work out what I am going to do at work, as regards mice, bunnies, photocopying, departmental paperasse
    - do a workout (non-leaping about one again)
    - sort out birthdays - got 4 big people's bdays in the next week

    But first, breakfast!

Paid some more off the mortgage - the amount left in my account at the end of the month. I'm pretty good at not spending, rather than paying it off at the start and then living off the rest. This doesn't follow the NST 'rules' where you do it at the start, but works for me. However, I've decided to do it differently for June, and pay off what I consider to be my 'minimum' amount right at the start. This means that, with the usual monthly payment, we'll have knocked about 2000 off it this month. Am rather impressed with myself!

Now to keep on track through the month.

20 NSDs to aim for, and no sch hols to get in the way.

200 food budget - this month dh has done various bits of shopping for me, which I've not counted. I do need to be stricter with myself on this and get back to planning more carefully.

Crafting will continue - 5 weeks until the fair. Mice families to make and package; bunny pairs to finish; lavender bags to make, to use up that fabric.

Exercise needs to be increased. A dodgy calf means no leaping but I can still walk (in my lovely MBTs) and do some weights and bodyweight stuff: manmakers instead of burpees for example.

Kondoing has ground to a halt. Oops. Have a few bits up for sale and will give them a couple of weeks and then give away. Should try and sell some bigger bits... Could do with kondoing some blubber...

A busy-ish month: staff meeting, governor meeting, dd to a party, day trip to Boulogne, finish off exam board stuff, mark internal exams and get reports done, dentist appointments...

    Hello you!!

Glad you liked the cookies. Did they go down well with DD? And guests if you made the rest up for them?! I love how quick they are to cook, and so soft! I leave batches in the fridge because they are never as good as when they are warm, so cook enough to eat ;) I was planning on making some today but I really shouldn't - disaster waiting to happen and I am on a 21 day clean eating challenge on top of my keto!

My exercise also needs to be increased. Being stuck indoors for the entire half term has been very frustrating. Has led to FGN coming over (hope she does tonight too) and Him being left on his own the evenings he is here, just so that I can get outside and move! I didn't sleep well last night though even after the activity & a nice bath. Something on my mind I think..

Big hugs to you. Enjoy your day. We are ducking the rain and trying knickers and leggings today ;) xx

    Today's plan of action:
    - church and kids klub :T
    - be in by 2pm for a buyer to collect a few bits :o We were in but buyer failed to show
    - go out at 3 to collect a duvet + pillows from freecycle (only want the pillows for their stuffing!) :o All collected but pillows = feathers or latex so no use at all!
    - work out what I am going to do at work, as regards mice, bunnies, photocopying, departmental paperasse :T
    - do a workout (non-leaping about one again) :T
    - sort out birthdays - got 4 big people's bdays in the next week :T Done 1

    4 more bunnies cut out.
    Workout was good.
    Steps are pitiful.

My steps are pitiful too hun. Just over 5k. And the rain is putting me off attempting to better it.

Did a little pacing up and down but it's about 12 steps from one end to the other, so about 100 ups and downs needed to make a difference!

    Those cookies rule! Even cold!

Pesky no show buyer did show - almost 3 hours late. I was a tad miffed but the rucksacks were obviously for a little girl, so I was polite. He then fb-ed me to say that 1 of them was the wrong one. My mistake, but - hang on just a dawgone minute - HE took them both and SAW them both. D'oh. So he is coming back tomorrow, time arranged.

Pondered some points for June today. Some will go in the signature. Others include reading certain stuff, spending less time in front of a screen, kondoing 100 items, making £80. And I've started a list called '30 things to do in June'. Catchy, huh? Tis nowt exciting: #1 is 'remove cobwebs from landing', which kind of sets the level of the lst, methinks... And I've only got 11 so far, although I'm sure the rest will present themselves.

Back to work today. Must admit that I do like the hols! Dd has the right approach - she doesn't want to wake up, even with Vic the Viking on the box...
