Apple muncher's number crunching

I'll have a look for it tonight Apple, failing that, should buy one really, considering it's sat there doing nothing and wasn't cheap!
My steps were awful though... drive to work - desk job all day - drive to school - put DS to bed within the hour and then in the house all night!
I also have a vibrapower vibradisc thing which I used to use religiously and it really helped with toning. My friend also has one and has lost 2 stone over the past year, by not doing anything other than using it. It's no replacement for exercise in my opinion, but is good to use evenings when I can't leave the house. Well, I used it last night after a break of a couple of months and boy, am I aching this morning! I'm back on it tonight, need to build it up again.
Will let you know if I find the fitbit thingy xxMortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £51,500

Hope you find it MeandO. I've only recently joined in with friends (billy-no-mates here!) but was still enough of a geek before to enjoy the data!
Well, poorly dd has an ear infection so is on antibiotics. Taken with a sweet in one hand to eat immediately afterwards! Aaaand, the antibs are NOT yukky banana flavour - they seem lemony. Result.
Poorly she may be, but we 'emptied' her tiny bedroom of most toys, put them on our bed, and kondoed them. 3 more bagfuls for the SA. Am super impressed with her!
And I managed to get a little sewing done whilst she played on her ds.
She plans to go to school tomorrow, but not cheerleading. When we got bqck from the dr, dh was home and looking awful (in reality, he's just caught the 'cold' that dd and I have had) and I told him that no way was i having both of them off and at home on my day off! Mrs Sympathetic, that's me :rotfl:.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Dh is feeling lousy so is taking the day off. Says he'll stay upstairs all day, out of my way! Which means he'll have Star Trek - or similar - on all day!
Dd has slept all through the night, as have I. But I went to bed late after planning May's turtle challenge and then waiting up for dh.
The workout is removed from the list. I shall do plenty of walking instead.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
I hope you manage to have a peaceful day despite Star Trek and man flu from upstairs!

Hope you have a good day today. As for DH *disgusted snort* :rotfl: Star Trek.... Lol.
Him shall be playing his online games and I shall be in bed sipping water today. I might get some washing on though as it is freezing and may as well use the heating for 2 things.
Lots of hugs and thank you for the May challenge. It is excellent! xx

So, 2 walks to and from the shops so far - over 11k steps. It started pelting with rain on the last 1/2 mile. Yuk! Must tell: got a bargain in Sains!!!!! Bear yoyos pack of 9 = £3.80; pack of 5 = £1.50. I bought 7 packs!
Also returned books to library and bought nowt from ch shop.
Dd was awake naturally by 7 so we had a non-rushed morning before school. She trotted in happily and I have to go there in 25 mins to give her her medicine. The school will do it, but she wanted me to do it today.
Dh slept for ages but is now washing up so he is allowed to stay home today...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Amazing news on your steps. I really must get a fitbit! Have you got a particular one?
I had to google the yoyo's on Mr S site but I see your bargain, very good!!! Jelly likes them but MIL buys them all and the fruit stars and things for her!
Ok, DH can stay..xx

Lilty - my fitbit is an old one that they probably don't manufacture any more. IT's a clip-on one, as I didn't want a wristband one - tho I don't think they wristband ones even existed way back then...
I have had a loveky hot bath and feel a little better. I have certainly overdone it today, and it shows in my panic towards: exam board admin; governor meeting admin (for 6pm tonight); school trip admin. Where did enjoyment disappear off to???
Dh found the well-hidden stuff I need for tonight, so that is sorted and I even have a question to ask!
Exam board admin - am up to date so far; nowt more that needs doing until Friday. I think...
School trip gubbins will have to wait until I am at work! Will need a prioritising list for tomorrow. I started the paperwork a week ago and it is still hanging over me, as other things took precedence.
And I don't like the new format.... sulky face is on!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
