I love your diary liking rum so much :rotfl:
Sorry to hear you have cold though; that doesn't seem very fair!! And definitely not fair to make you crave sugar. I've gotten over my cravings today it seems. I am feeling pretty good! After a few days of feeling frightened of running out of snacks, I had 3 square meals and nothing else as it wasn't needed today
Thank you so much for the book. I am almost halfway into it already and I only got it last night!! I will send it back once I have read. It is very good!
Hope you both feel better soon xxxx

We are at the end of week 2. Good exercise. Generally very good eating - apart from today when I derailed myself with 2 packets of cheesy puffs, and fruit. Yep, fruit isn't inherently 'bad' but upsets the applecart for this way of eating.
Have managed 10 veg on 2 days - yippee!
And 2 bags to Sally Army.
And 4 exercise sessions.
Not expecting to weigh less - again! - in the morning.

While dh went off to church, the other 2 of us - both full of cold and alternating between hot and cold - emptied out her 'play shed' from under the stairs. With a view to kondo-ing it. She has done really well for such a poorly one and we have another 3+ bagfuls for the Sally Army. Result.
We have the Marathon on tv (after the usual Lazytown, Dora and friends, TMNT) as her cheerleading teacher is running in it. Not spotted her yet...
Dd was impressed when they interviewed a child whose mum and dad were both running. I laughed and told her she'd never have that! Dh then said "I will if you will'. Now, although running a marathon used to be on my ultimate 'to do' list, it has long slipped off the bottom! Esp since having dd! And no way was he being serious either...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
