Ah, yes Lilt - you've given me my perfect excuse!!many thanks!
So, Monday. Dd was in with me last night (and on sat night was in with us both but last nigh dh went in the spare bed). She was rather disturbed - sneezing, snotting, etc. However, today I am conducting A2 French orals so she IS going to school! She is awake and has eaten some breakfast so there is hope...
Must get ca1po1 on my way home. Can't be running out of that now.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Hope you are both feeling better soon Apple, my little man has had the sneezy-snots all week, am hoping it doesn't turn into anything worse.
Can't believe how much you manage to get done, even when feeling poorly! You've inspired me to write my 'things to get done' list for the week, am off to write some things down now.
Have a lovely day

MeandO - I've tried lists, but got dispirited with what was still left to do. Then I tried boxes, where I got to thoroughly colour in what was done - my fave!
I have daily boxes; weekly boxes; monthly boxes; work boxes; home boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a teacher, I always work with fixed deadlines, be that the bell for the next class, or parents evenings, or marking, or reports, or exam board submissions. There is no room to postpone! And I loathe working up to the deadline, I'm much more of a 'do my homework the night it is set' type of gal.
Am looking forward to May and a fresh turtle challenge, as well as continuing with the transformation.
And dd went off to my neighbour fairly happily this morning and I've had no call to collect her early. So once I'm out of here, I plan to drop a bag at the SA and then hunt down strawberry ca1po1. Orange is unacceptable! And I won't lose an NSD as medicines aren't counted - yippee! (not that I would mind losing one, as dd really needs it!)NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Bag dropped off; strawberry meds purchased and used. I even did a reduced version of a zshred! Dd got some spellings learned and I've finished 2 bunnies and cut out 2 more. Or maybe 4....
Exam board package arrived and is on the list for weds. Must, MUST, M U S T clear the table and get enough space to work. Got to pass the standardisation first though - friday's list.
I have recently enjoyed being at the top of my small group of fitbit friends for steps. Now 1 is back from thr far east and another has returned to her evening strolls of 4+ miles, my glory days are over!
Anyhow, payday tomorrow. And just 4 more working days until study leave. Completed A2 french orals today; AS next week. Most of gcse paperwork is done.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

I have a fitbit too Apple, but can't find the charger thingy.
Due to my desk job, I never did very well with my steps anyway, and I didn't know anyone else who had one other than my ex, so not many friends on there to compete with!!

Haha man I want a fitbit now. I must walk miles and not even know in my day at work.
Pasting this in as I meant to send it yesterday!!
Glad that DD managed to suffer her pains at school bless her. Like I said, a little trouper!!
I am liking the boxes but I HATE colouring :rotfl: - My sister has a swirly swishy adults colouring book with felt tips. Me.. All I can think is pre-options Geography being forced to colour in coastlines all lesson. Alternatively Jelly has usually coloured herself in by this point in the day (today no different) and I have to clean that up. No colouring!!!
Orange calp0l is indeed unacceptable. Yeurgh! xxx

Hee hee! But I've had to leave work to collect a poorly dd, so no lunchtime walk for me, or bag to SA, I am sooooo far down my list you may even be ahead of me even with scoring 0!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Ooh, MeandO, please get a new charger And join us!
And Lilty - why not treat yourself to one - it'll help with the weightloss, honest guv! And you can be exempt from colouring in on lists - I tend to do a mahoosive scribble crossing out with a pencil, so that I am clear about completing that task rather than neat colouring using actual colours. Calling it 'coloring in' was just me poshing up what I really do!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
