Is an assurance from Aldi that it is on its way 12 days ago

Are you aware that they only accept gift vouchers in their stores in Scotland, parts of South Wales, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England ?

    Wow the Cheek of Aldi

Guess who is in the middle of it all ? the customer service manager who has written to me. the same person who agreed with me that according to Aldis website, in store signs and his letter to me his First Direct Visa Debit card is not accepted by Aldi haahahahahhaaha

I was ASTONISHED AND SHOCKED to hear about Aldis Car parking issues that have be quite rightly discussed in these forums.

I have contributed to this other forum and pointed out that Aldi have a geographically biased acceptance of Credit Cards apart from Scotland, parts of South Wales, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England

    Please don't.

That is a serious thread with real issues that could cost people real money and doesn't need your pathetic input taking things off track.

In answer to your question on there.

Yes credit cards will be accepted because you are not paying Aldi but ParkingEye.

I think your should bring this other thread to the attention of all Aldi customers who use these forums

The people in the other thread are now aware that i have serious doubts about Aldis approach to the safety of their customers and staff.

The parking issue highlighted to me is disgraceful.

I think these issues give us a real insight into the perception of Aldi and how it is managed

Thank you for pointing this out to me.

Now if the £30 gift voucher does arrive I need to know which is nearer to me Scotland parts of South Wales or Berwick Upon Tweed in England.
  • The other thread isn't interested in credit cards or health and safety.

It is a serious thread highlighting the problem of a very nasty, unscrupulous company which targets the disabled and vulnerable and takes people to court on a regular basis.

Please, if you have a shred of decadency, stay off there unless you have something relevant to add about parking.

This tread has been amusing and a bit of fun but that is not the place to continue it.

I disagree ...... its has pointed me in the direction of another issue..

Both of the Aldis near to me are within Nottingham City Council who have implemented a workplace parking levy across Nottingham to assist the cost of the Nottingham tram system. This mean that employers have to pay the council for members of staff who use the company car park. some employers pay this charge but many pass this cost on to the employees who use the car park.

I wasn't sure if the OP was aware of this thread regarding Aldi on the motoring board..

Why bring this up as the OP is now going to spoil that serious thread with his drivel
