Can't believe anyone polishes their fridge! An alternative might be to decorate it - you can buy fridge decals in a whole range of designs, including rainbow stripes, or a red 'phone box or a tardis! That should also protect the front so that if you wanted to sell later you could remove stickers and it would still look good. Our fridge-freezer (which I was given for free about 10 years ago now) has a big picture of penguins jumping off an iceberg.

I meant to say thank you to everyone for all your hugs and good wishes. Life goes on eh? Of course we all want our loved ones to live forever in good health, but since that's not possible then a long active life and a quick death is about as good as it gets I think.

I'm holed up on the sofa - I feel blerughy been out driving with dd and had lunch with a chum (baked tattie) and popped into learning factory work to pick up some glass (to scrape my dresser with)

Came home to flowers on the doorstep :)

So I so love the cheese board.
