OOhhh.....a pic of the kitchen....Still love it - can I move in?! :D:rotfl:

Great piano wrangling there - as far as the extra space needed for the henhouse - can you balance that off against stuff that can travel in the car with you? I know you've got woofles to consider, but you'd be able to pack an awful lot into the boot/footwells etc even of your wee car I reckon, in the boot you could even just pack things in loose to save the space boxes etc take up. How about using towels to line out and then pack things into, so at the other end you can grab the four corners and lift a heap of stuff out in one go for sorting? If you could "save" the space the henny hoose takes up then you're sorted, aren't you. Mind you're already going to save the space the ikea sofa would take up too - that's definitely one to let go.

Have you decided that TRG's pad is being let unfurnished? Not sure what the differences are, but down here, unfurnished gives the tenants a few extra right IIRC.

Sold STC (yes, Subject to Contract) is Brilliant! :T

Psssttt...Sour Dough for £1.40 is truly bargainous. Best toast In. The. world. :D

  • Excellent advice there.

^^^^^^sadly aside three and a half towels, they are already at TRG's pad with most of my clothes and most of the bedding......but you're right car will be full to bursting when we leave too.

(And yes I used a half towel whilst you were here. It did make me giggle at my own efficiency.)

We've 5 sofas' with TRG's monster down there too. Thinking flat will be let partially or fully furnished as you're right there's diff level of rights if unfurnished.

And as he lives up a big set of stairs, I'm putting off moving stuff out of there for ages.

Ikea sofa heading on FB soon (seems the fastest way to sell things here) or it might be swapped for an extra old fashioned pine dresser.

    volume-wise its all 6's and 2 3's :D

SD is indeed awesome. Funny how any more than one -two loaves at a time makes me feel queasy.

Not that I've ever eaten one or two or perhaps even almost three in one sitting.

Dining table no 2 (in living room) left the premises today with four large boxes of lego and a box of dvds.

Must go and do a bit of decluttering in garage of doom.

Its not going to sort itself now is it.

Wholly guacamole - the house valuation thing came off my cc.

    £305

So that's pushed me backwards a bit eh?

It my contribution to the new house :D. I'm paying for the valuation of the old flat for TRG as this has all happenned a bit quickly.

I'm happy to do it - I only help when I know I can offer and I'll pay it from my wages when they land but I had hoped it would be taken once I'd been paid.

    Hey ho.

And lets face facts £305 for a new house isn't bad.

    :D

    He's a good sort.

But that means my debt is back over 2k on my cards.

    RATS.
