Personally, my eyeballs need no apology - now there's a sentence I never thought I'd need to write :D:D:D

    mine neither (either??)

Since we're voting on the flat (we are voting on the flat aren't we? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) I vote rent it, and re-decide whether to keep it or sell it, every so often ;)

I have to agree. If it's financially doable then keep it and reassess every so often as to whether it's worth selling.

Well we are putting in an offer today so we will see what happens........

    Scary biscuits.

    Trg is awa tae work.

I'm tidying up before the off and cooking grub for the freezer - portioned his milk up and frozen it for him now doing some easy meals for him to pull out when he's home late from work. Washing machine is nearly done, dishwashers about to go on.

Enough butter in the tub for next visits first piece of toast so although it looks insane it's frozen too. With some leftover bread no use as bread but will be ok for future toast.

Salad leftovers in their too - ill lob them in a future pasta sauce when no ones looking.

    :D

Packed a bag (reverse order now I guess) as most of my clothes are now here - and I'm only p north for six more weeks at most, KC that is quick all of a sudden isn't it?

Coffee and couple floors tow sweep and pack the car.....

    Aw thanks chaps.

Tell you about the potential house......

    Wee white cottage
2.5 miles from the first beach but it's near a semi circle of coast so several beaches of splendidness 2.5-7 miles in an easterly direction (the coast is stunning, which is why it's my favourite area)
    3 bed
    2 (ish) bathrooms
1 sunny room (conservatory) - are we really this grown up?
One country kitchen with a wood burning range
One peedie lounge with wood burning stove
Double height garden - paved in lower
    Sheds/trees/grass in upper bit
Approx 0.1 of an acre (not huge but long and interesting
    Several mature trees***
Off road parking for one car.

    :D

*** so far I have openly stalked the following trees in the garden - apple, rowan, laburnum, cherry and a lot of shrubs in the 'shrubbery'.
