Now shopping done - reduced fish for tea a bargain at 40p/kilo
Two lamb shanks (a shanking) in the oven with a reduced bottle of mulled wine at 1.50 and some 'desperately seeking someone to cook them' bits of garlic. OH is buying the lambshanks as he's invited someone extra to dinner - doh!
Reduced cabbage and beans too.

Fridge man coming later
Mortgage folks done some sums and meeting with OH over next couple days
Spare mattress in hall to urge it to leave the building (hopefully with fridge)

Tea and hobnob to you too.
We *had* a cat called Mrs Norris - who left us for a neighbour with more whiska's than we were prepared to offer.
She''s happy enough it would seem the traitor.
Sadly catflap is also a 'haggis size flap'

Dear lord I hope not - he'd take half the door with him considering his 'girth'.
So today we expect Wik's dad to come up and not only deliver but help build a recycled greenhouse for me.
TRG is busy fixing the floor at the landing (laminating) and the houds are a munching bones.
Tea for tomorrow is chugging in the oven.
Tonights tea just needs popped in too and we're almost sorted.
Have a great evening chaps

Afternoon folks, and sorry for the long absence yet again. It seems no matter how many times I say I am going to keep up, I end up missing a couple of days and then fall way behind! Back again now, I have caught up and I'm impressed with how quickly things are moving. Hope the interview yields some good news Pippi!
Now I have even more reason to fritter away time online as I just signed up to a site called Bubblews (recommended on another thread by Listerbelle) where you post comments, articles etc and get a (very small) share in the advertising revenue of the site. Started this morning and after 5 posts I have earned just over $2, will see how that goes. If you like chatting online though it's fun!0
