Pips have you tried the "B" button while presenting? it blacks out the screen, effectively forcing the audience to focus on you instead of the screen. Presss "B" again to get the screen back.

Lovely day yesterday met a lovely MSE chum for a cuppanow wasn't that brave all round and great fun too, thank you lovely lady!
Met OH for a walk after work and had a lovely chat.
Did lots of reading and lets face it when its about plants that's also fun too.

Thanks lovlies I'm not sure how it went, I was quite nervous as it was all running late and so I tried to make up time for them.
Hear in about a week to ten days. Which is fine to know as I'll not be agonising until I hear (much).
Great day met a chum after and then had tea a lovely chums house.

Try and change shifts for next wed and poss stay down a bit longer to see OH and help with house declutter aka 'Operation 'let me ooot of here'.

OK so I got sucked into banks etc first.
Paid £50 to one cc
Paid £7.97 to another to even it up.
CC's now sitting at (drum roll please) £2831
No food purchased this month due to TRG getting his 'purse' out first.
Setting April food budget at £100 again this month includes dog fud and toiletries/cleaning stuff.
Went slightly over last month £104 - so we're getting there. But there were lots of comings and goings, April will be similar.
Washing to hang up eh?
Onwards.
