I can of course present electronically - but we'll see. I'm not a fan of staring at a ppt if you don't need to. A tad dull.

Pips have you tried the "B" button while presenting? it blacks out the screen, effectively forcing the audience to focus on you instead of the screen. Presss "B" again to get the screen back.

(of course the fish box would be much, much more interesting!)

Thanks RT - :) I'll try that next time :) much appreciate it and yes perhaps a fish box would be more interesting :D I found one yesterday I'm going back today to see if its been claimed. I'm quite excited.

Starnac that sounds very silly! And, I may contact them about the plants :) thanks.

Lovely day yesterday met a lovely MSE chum for a cuppa :D now wasn't that brave all round and great fun too, thank you lovely lady! :D

Met OH for a walk after work and had a lovely chat.

Did lots of reading and lets face it when its about plants that's also fun too.

Today's motto I'm borrowing from a cheerful MSE'r who's not often round here at the moment, thanks lady.

''Be yourself, everyone else is taken.'' Dr Seuss.

and my other favourite to finish

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.” Dr Seuss

Please let my steering be good today.

Have a great day today. Thanks for the good vibes, I'll be back much later and after a (hopefully) pleasant grilling.

Great day met a chum after and then had tea a lovely chums house.

A good old natter and giggles.

Hugs and have a grand sleep ya'll.

Walk dogs in a bit despite the fact they've decided they don't want to go out
Buy new catflap for the one Haggis put his head through when skidding to a halt in the hall.
Try and change shifts for next wed and poss stay down a bit longer to see OH and help with house declutter aka 'Operation 'let me ooot of here'.
Think up something nice for tea
Text wik to find out what time gramps arrives here avec le house de vert.
Maybe see a pal for a cuppa
Need some shopping - cat flap (doh), dishwasher tabs, something for tea, red wine
    Phone mortgage advisor
Text man with van to ask when coming to collect fridge
Write a list room by room of what's to be done here
    Skype dd/ds over at dads
Try and declutter OHs bookcase to accommodate my books

  • OK so I got sucked into banks etc first.

    Paid £50 to one cc
Paid £7.97 to another to even it up.

CC's now sitting at (drum roll please) £2831

No food purchased this month due to TRG getting his 'purse' out first.

Setting April food budget at £100 again this month includes dog fud and toiletries/cleaning stuff.

Went slightly over last month £104 - so we're getting there. But there were lots of comings and goings, April will be similar.

    Washing to hang up eh?

    Onwards.

Must change address on bank account.
