Thanks for clearing that up! One other thing, don't need to change anything in the relevant documents drop down box do we? And just check the "I have other evidence that i will send by email/post" box. Will do it after i finish work.0
-
Don't remember seeing a relevant documents drop down box. I perhaps didn't pay attention to it!
I filled in the bits as required, according to RC's stuff, changed the bits to make it relevant for me (such as asking for £36 per item in the compensation bit as my contract was £36 when I signed up in 2012!) and all that. I submitted it, got my response email saying to send in supporting evidence. Appendix 1 was the stuff RC but, editted to fit my circumstances. Appendix 2 was my email correspondence - I included the to/from/subject line / date info as well as the contents. Appendix 3 was a photo of the letter I received.
So that's all submitted, and now I guess I just have to sit and wait!0 -
Signed up just to say thanks to RandomCurve. Your help has been immensely useful and if only one person wins overall, i'd say it's been worth it. I've sent my first email to EE today (received the letters between 10th and 15th April but I was away so only just had a chance today) - hopefully I'll get a CISAS response and then submit the claim as you've said.
I'd say everyone owes you a massive beer (or other stiff drink!)0 -
Just want to say a huge thanks to RandomCurve for all the information and help you've provided us with, massive thanks.
Im just going through the CISAS response now, and have one question, when filling in our appendix 2, are we screen-shotting the emails, or should we just copy and paste all the emails?
Cheers0 -
CISAS application sent off, evidence submitted in two emails! Appendix 1 for the information RC provided (thank you ever so much RC) and another email sent off with Appendix 2 which had all the emails i have sent and recieved, including the letter they sent me, which i just copied and pasted in. Now all I have to do is wait! Hopefully some good news will come out of this!
Cannot thank you enough RC, you really are a helpful person, we couldnt of done this without your help!0 -

Weird. Very weird!0 -
Hello,
Thanks to RC. I have sent everything off to CISAS now and just await their response.
We will see if EE has hatched a deal with them to now allow any claims.0 -
ulaggy, had that email come through this afternoon whilst at work, probably because its a weekend!0

Made me nervous! I've pretty internet savvy and it reminded me of those emails you'd get when you've sent an email to a non-existent address or the attachment you've sent is too big. That's normally the only time you'll see email from postmaster.
Unless I get an acknowledgement email by say lunchtime tomorrow, I'll fire off an email just asking if they received it. Don't want them to close my case because info didn't make it through0 -
Must sort this tomorrow thanks RC. Is option saving EE emails as files? To attach over?0
