FYI:

That price rise is actually set for January 2015 (says the letter i received in the post last night) rather than february :-( however they do say if i wish to cancel they will waive the cancellation fee (provided it's done by the end of january).

That's this years start point for negotiations. This thread was started last year when the start point was lower.
