You need to ring 2210 off your current number first to get the 7 digit code and put the new sim in and ring it again to put the 7 digit code in.

for those of you that it says you can ave it but then says you cant ,make sure your sim card is brand new ,and i dont mean from a shop,i mean get the sims free off line,shops can keep them for some time before they sell

Every where I've googled has either -

Get up to 4 free O2 Pay and Go SIMs, and get free unlimited O2 to O2 calls and texts when you top up £15 a month.

or you have to pay! Which of course goes totally against the grain!

They will be ok.

Its the 'top up £10 to activate' SIMs that you dont want.
