Just because it says that your entitled to Money in the first call you make, when you make the second call from a new sim it can say your not eligable(sp) for the promotion as iv just found out.

I chose Option 1 : If you are calling from the the phone you are upgrading from.

I used my existing sim (the one I want to keep). Got the code, now what do I do next, sorry I read through lots and than panic as I need my number to remain for work.

Now do I put free sim in and press 2 and will they then advise that the free sim you are ringing on will be disconnected.
I confuse myself I think with overthinking it.:rotfl:

Yeah, put in a free o2 sim, ring 2210 and then option 2. Then they will ask you for the code they gave ya in step 1, plus your mobile number of the phone you used in step 1. They will then tell you if you are eliglble for the promotion or not.
