Ok, can someone please help me?

I am on o2, I have a spare (new) o2 sim card.

I've tried to do the text thing but they have told me to ring up instead.

I rang and took option 1. They said I will get £15.04 - woohoo - but they kept saying to ensure that I am ringing from the updated phone and sim.

They also said that I needed to ring from both sim cards to activate the offer.

Have I done this right so far? Gawd, I feel like a right numpty!!!

I disconnected the call incase I had done something incorrect. Could someone talk me through it please?

Using your current number and sim, phone 2210 its free. Choose option 1, then option 2. Be patient.
Then it will tell you how much the reward is and give you a code. Now put the new sim in and phone 2210 again
and choose option 2 straight away. Type in your code and current phone number (which you have just got the code from).
Then choose option 1 to confirm everything. Job done Then throw the new sim away or snap it in half and then carry
on using your normal number as usual. Then you should get credit in 2 weeks time.

That happened to me first time , the sim was out of date, check on the packaging

wow, i called 02 upgrades was asked what make my new phone is and was told 33.00 will go on my phone on 14th feb
