If not, it is important you start your own thread as you are liable to get entirely the wrong advice.0 -
Thanks so much for the help so far everyone. I will be sure to update you if anything else happens. I hope this doesn't stress my mum out as she's a full-time carer and sounded quite worried about it. These people make me angry!
Also glad I mentioned that website... thought it looked a bit fishy! How do they get away with it.0 -
Oh sorry, one more thing - do you think there's merit in me contacting the shop I was in when the charge was issued? Or contacting the car park owners? I don't know if it would help or give me back-up in any way.0

Yes we encourage complaints to the shops/landowner, especially as you can show that their parking agent have not been squeaky-clean with website claims and Data Protection! Ask them politely if the Manager can cancel the ticket as it's harassment of a customer and not on! It's a free car park and you were only there 20 minutes!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

See quoted items above. (I have even added the button image to make it easier). OR ... just ignore them.0 -
Please start your own threadWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hello, I'm back at I have received a letter from UKCP following the appeal I sent them. Unsurprisingly, they have declined my appeal. I'd like to show you the letter - what's the best way to link or upload a photo here? Can I just do it from my old Photobucket account or will that maybe reveal my identity etc?0
