The letters can be annoying but they can also be ignored.
You will get more letters from these scum but they can do nothing so continue to ignore0 -
Next have been helpful to a current poster who has got a fake PCN from Excel. It's not too late to complain, go for it!
Sorry to hear about your bad Christmastime.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh, that's interesting, thanks! I've just sent them and M&S a Facebook message, assertively asking them to seek to get the ticket cancelled. The way consumers are pursued and harassed like this is just ridiculous.0 -
Huh, Next replied with a 'you need to contact the parking company' message. Er, no. I've replied with a strongly worded message asking for details of someone who can assist me. Not sure if I should persist with this avenue or phone the actual shop tomorrow. They all sound so helpless as if custom means nothing to them. Maybe it doesn't.0

You're best contacting the shop itself.
Most stores use a PR company to handle their social media interfaces. (That's like you Weber-Shandwick, for Aldi). For things like parking companies and PCNs they're generally not interested.0 -

Ah yeah, I did wonder. I'll have to get my courage up and go in, I guess! I've got receipts and I spend quite a lot there (over the year anyway) all things considered so I'm not happy to be told I have to contact the parking company when I gave the shops custom. I have had a similar response from M&S FB and so I sent another irritated message back. Sigh. I hate being irritated! 2014 was supposed to be chilled...!
Do you think it'd be worth calling tomorrow? I can't get there before they close, unfortunately, as I have an appointment after work, but I could phone during lunch and ask to speak to the manager. Just pretty useless at being assertive, grrrrrr. (grrrr at me, haha)0 -
You could try. But an email would be better as you then have an audit trail.0

I know, I know, I'm being needy! I am just the sort of person who needs a hand-hold every now and then. It makes me feel better. Probably also annoying - sorry!
I'm going to keep ignoring so no worries. I just wondered if I'd help myself by having a back-up plan, so I stress less. Also the letter made me angry. I'll keep on keeping on.0 -

Consider your hand held, chickadee.
They are trying to shake you and see if you waiver from the ignoring path.
There are a few more letters to come yet.
Thankfully you can see through their lies.
Sorry to hear your Xmas was not so good.
Forget about these parking bloodsuckers for another month or so.
And don't let their nonsense stop you using the car-park if it's convenient for you.
