Well done LW...
I'm doing a jumper for Dot which is coming out really small so I'll be putting it away for Pixie and doing a bigger one for Dot!
It just took me 3 hours to do my mega shop.. I split the order and ended up saving over £200!!!! (it came to just short of £450) It's coming tomorrow so I need to do my wiping while cooking dinner tonight.
I might have to eat everything in the house! lol.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Hello
I was MIA last week because it was half term and DH was off from work. However, we had a really productive week
We completely decluttered our bedroom which was a total pit. It took all day  but it is now lovely. We realised it was getting so cluttered because we didn't have adequate storage so we have now rectified that and a week on it still sparkles
We also dismantled the vast majority of our kitchen ready for the new one to be fitted in the next couple of weeks. The only trouble is that most of it is now in the garden waiting for the builder who wants to take it but that is a small price to pay.
I've also painted half of the downstairs. Our whole house is white so I have put some colour into it and it has really made me so proud of the house and now DH and I actually have a real motivation to carry on with the decluttering and tidying. I can't tell you what a difference it has made to our lives.
So this week I feel ready to start following the lists. I am worried because I can easily lose a hour (or 2) on here instead of doing something useful, but the lists give me order so I want to try hard. Tomorrow we have a builder coming in to knock down a wall in our kitchen so I need to be organised.

I didn't get to the shops I wanted to as it kept raining and I wasn't prepared to stand around waiting for buses while lugging shopping around so I'll go tomorrow or maybe Wednesday after looking at the weather forecast instead!
Frog is partly munched, I had a  and have just saved myself about £20Went to Mr A & Mr Al, start the Christmas shopping. Bought a copy of The Snowman & Snowdog with the CD as a surprise for DD.
I did look at the Christmas DVDs (I buy one every year
) but we either already had it or wasn't our 'style', we don't really watch pre-school stuff in this house :rotfl:
All thats left on the list is munching a frog, mopping the floor, ironing and cleaning shoes. But I'm off out to work soon so I need to get sorted for that. Think we'll have chips from the chippy for tea as I forgot to get something out this morning and I need to sort out a grocery shopBest go and find my jumper etc ready to go to work or its going to be a bit too chilly out there.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

My frogs today were:
Take DD for flu thingy
Type letter to pension payment scheme / collate docs (print and send tomorrow)
Take DD forms to after school club and check they have space
So I'm pleased all those are done. I didn't quite empty all the bins but I did sort some packaging out for bin/recycling which has been hanging around for 3 weeks
Kitchen has had some attention and I've sewn buttons onto DD other mitts to attach to her coat as the first ones were big and slid off her hands <oops>. I've sorted my "packed breakfast" and lunches for next two days, ready to just pop into my bag.
We can wear non-business attire this month for a £5 donation to a local kids charity so that makes for easier work mornings :T
Just need a shower and hair washing, and then I'm all done for today!
<must set alarm for 10min earlier to allow time for defrosting car in morning - we walked this morning so didn't matter but car was completely iced up>
Have a nice evening!Bossymoo

Dailies done
Cat stuff done.
Not much else done. My friends cat had to be put to sleep on Friday. Then She txt this morning to say her dog had died. So went down to her house. It was so sad. Couldn't believe they had gone within a short time of each other.
Been to voluntary job then got a few bits and pieces done.0
