So LR is dusted, washing on airer put away, curtains from last week rehung, downstairs hoovered and washing/drying up done.

Now to start on the list before the paid stuff and my frog is to find DD's blood test form. Ok can't find it, will look in DD's room later when she's up.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Thanks everyone for the welcome back and congrats! Minimadcatgirl is a lovely little boy who arrived very quickly and a bit early, but is now doing well:j

We're starting to get some sort of loose routine together so I think now is a good time to start flying again, as there is so much to do! My tasks for today are:

    Marvellous Monday - Kitchen
    Only got 15 minutes....
What better way to start the week than to Eat that frog - so many to do! I'm going to ring the council about our bins and ring the energy company about our bills and email payroll about my wages...
    30 minutes to spare....
    Hoover and mop the floors
Wipe the work surfaces, remove at least 5 items which don't belong here or can be put away
    Got an hour....
    HHMe time
    Clean out your cutlery drawer
Wipe over the hob, clean all the dials, take them off and clean underneath

    Extras
    Polish some shoes
    Empty all the bins

    Also
    Sort out weekend money
    Express milk x 6
    Empty DW
    Empty WM
    Dry and put away clothes
    Activate guarantees for new appliances
    Email and pay yoga teacher
    Pay for baby massage
    Sort paperwork for 15 mins
    Have 1.5 hour nap

The last one on the list is VERY important!

    Hugs to all xx

for me it's cleaning the oven

Clean out your cutlery drawer (drawer with bigger utensils ie wooden spoons..... drawer of doom!)

    Morning all,
well after last week's flop I'm back and aiming to stick this week! If I'm going to be working silly hours I need to keep a handle on at least the basics. Living in a mess will only cause me to stress.

This morning I emptied the TD and put away my clothes, the BF's clothes were handed to him to put away.
Also made his lunch and popped past @sda on the way to work to get porridge pots for breakfast (need something warm in the winter) and a few bits we needed.

Kitchen and house in general got a bit of a clean yesterday as my dad was visiting so will amend list, got a friend coming for tea tonight so won't have a lot of time but will have about an hour before she arrives and maybe some time after depending on what time she leaves. We're due a good catch up and the BF will be at the football so will count that as 'me time'.

Hope you're all well, hugs, spoons and vibes where needed

Ok so 3 items crossed off the list already, kitchen is looking neat, now off to empty bins and put everything back in the cupboard under the leaky sink so I can do the floor :) Very pleased with how my kitchen is looking already :) Lets hope the rest of the house will follow :)

    Morning all.

Thanks for the list Dusty. I'm going to try and be in this week.

I need to run errands today, but I can do some kitchen work first. I also have quite a bit of work on this week of an evening, but hopefully that means I'll be able to clear the pile of stuff off the top of the sideboard where I have customers orders waiting and afford to pay for my stuff I ordered :o

Right, I'm going to go wash up, wipe things down and then get my lists written for errand running. Then I best do some ironing so I have jeans to wear out :o

    Hi All

Thanks for the lists Dusty, I'm sneaking in the back door and going to pull my socks up this week. I am working M-W so just light touch for now (still feeling a bit "meh") until I can get this grotty month out of the way.

I've missed you all but have lurked some :D

And I will pledge to clear my garage counter this month. This doesn't include just moving it onto the floor ;) I will actually get rid of lots...

But thats it. Don't want to overdo it ;)

(Hello to all the new flyladies, looking forward to getting to know you, and congrats for the new arrival Madcatgirl)
