Hello everyone :hello:
You must have heard mention of the time you found a door under your bed lol.. (see Fridays list I think it is)
How is everyone and Stripes?
Bossy.. chazzer.. I decided ebay is too much effort and I can't be bothered with car boots etc so it all goes to the charity shop which is for the local hospice and I feel a little virtuous knowing it wasn't just binned.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

That is too funny! Not looked under the bed for a while which is why i'm back! We're all fine and stripes is as dotty as ever. Hope all is good with you.
Life is good and the only thing i'd change is to have a clean house - tidiness isn't really the problem as all my junk is well hidden :rotfl: I keep thinking i'll start on Monday and then not getting round to it. So, I'm going to have a little look at the list and choose a few things to get me started this week. I'll start properly next week.0 -
Thanks guys! I've checked through 3 bags and removed empty cases and DVDs without cases (and matched!). They are ready to go with a bag of books.
My garage counter now is home to:
The printer
A box of de-icer / salt / antifreeze etc (will sort through this too)
Bike pump
4 x 2l bottles of water
1 cd box with about 20, just a few favourites;)
Some stickers and pens that can be rehomed.
Its a good start. I might even pledge to sort 2 shelves at this rate too!
Still no sign of my wedding DVD though - for those of you that remember my previous search...Bossymoo

Hi Mudbath - I remember you from when I was on here before! Like you I've snuck back in but you have the advantage over me as you have hiding places so at least it looks tidy!
Bossymoo I think I'd take things to the charity shop and let St Peters Hospice have the proceeds as I'd rather they get the bit of money from them. I've got a bag mounting up myself! Fleabay is too much effort and as for car boot sales by the time you pay for your space there's not really a lot left. Just my opinion
Kaz fancy giving yourself an impromptu shower! You sound very organised with your presents - I haven't even started yet
Welcome to Just the two of us!
Quick coffee then school run - don't have to get DD now cos she's in Year 6 and walks by herself (far too embarrassing to walk with Mum). Want to vacuum when I get back and then that'll probably be it for me apart from tidying kitchen - don't want to burn myself out on my first day back do IFlymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
I have a small slow cooker and £10 worth of veg from the market.
I also have a bleached teapot and a clean oven. Plus, I've got a superclean kitchen floor because Mrs Dog pulled the bin over (again) while I was out and it's been rewashed. Twice in two days - a lifetime record for my kitchen floor.Better is good enough.0 -

 Good to see you again! That still makes me giggle to this day! Hope you're keeping well.
And to show I have been flying - porch tidied, box that goes in the car and has been sat in my hall for 4 weeks is back in the car, candles lit (as then they'll burn down and i'll have less clutter) :rotfl:0 -
