Fireworks Tuesday - Living Room and Hallway
Sort out a cupboard/drawer/display cupboard - do you need all that stuff tucked away at the back?
Give the front door a wipe inside and out if you can.


Wonderful Wednesday - Study/conservatory/spare bedroom/kids room or the dreaded Dining Rooms(choose one) DS room 100% complete and other partially complete


Frothy Thursday - Bathroom Deep clean 100%

HHC in porch

Make a duplicate Spice Kit for DD1 to take back to Uni
Start making up some bags for boot fair(s)

Sort out the "Man Drawer" in the kitchen and re-stock

Almost there Friday Master Bedroom, Stairs and Landing
Only got 15 minutes....

30 minutes to spare....
Clean the skirting on the landing/up the stairs
Change the bedding
Got an hour....
Pull everything out from under the bed and hoover (I still remember when Mudbath found a door under her bed) - done under DS old cot bed that is in my room....might get DD3 to help me pull out my bed later

Compost box was collected as promised :j little things please me
Truddled down post office about 5 mins before it shut.

Right time to force DD1 and DD3 to bed, as we have been watching comedy TV for far too many hours and it really is time for bed

Good morning all

Piggers you'll like today 9.11.13, consecutive odd numbers in a date will not occur again until the next century so enjoy!

Cats asleep on he pile of DS3's dirty clothes from PGL on the kitchen floor, they must like the rather musty smell.

I've shuffled the washing on the maidens and am about to empty the DW, loads to get on with today plus shopping and DH has promised to work on the long list so hopefully a productive day.

:j Reporting a brilliant day yesterday - why didn't I join this thread sooner I ask myself?

In adition to doing the majority of the Friday list I also managed to do two loads of washing, drying and ironed it too! Just need to put it all away when DH surfaces.
Most importantly I sorted one of my frogs - our finances spreadsheet - ugh! I now don't have to ponder how to make it balance each time I use it!!! yay me!!
Not sure what to do this weekend, maybe nothing much! though car and house insurance both need renewing (very bad timing).
I can't wait for the new thread for next week!

Ugh, I set to with hot water, soda crystals and microfiber cloth and give the windowsills a wash. Who knew how filthy they were! Now they sparkle and the whole house has a slightly cleaner feel. The bannister and stair skirting boards got a wipe too and I had to change the water four times, the shame of it!

OH is away all week so I'll have lots of time to eat plenty of frogs, yummy!

Morning everyone.

Catch up day today. I've been out of sorts this week. Then realised its coming up to Mams anniversary and it was seeing the poppies. I can't believe it's been 3 years.

Got up earlier and took some stuff from spare room that needed dumped to a skip round the corner. Was thinking hope I don't get stopped by police as it was in a black bag. Lol.

Fingers crossed roofer comes today. He came and looked on Thursday so knows what needs doing.

On a more somber note, the anniversary that's coming up was 20/11/2011

We had a mini lie-in this morning - hurrah! And we have no plans at all today, and enough supplies to mean no shopping is required :T

Just having brekkie, not Christmas porridge, today it has a grazebox tipped into it - my friend has them delivered for her 3yo boy but gave them to me as he doesn't really like dried fruit :rotfl: not very :money: of her, she still hasn't cancelled them :eek:

So today, will do more reading with DS, made such a fuss last nigh of how well he did that he wants to do more and more :T

Will also go under the garage counter I think :eek: I may be some time...:rotfl: its getting so tidy in there (thanks to Fred!) I can even get to the second freezer - might be time to switch it on and do a freezer shop this week... If I can just think what to put in it

Ended up that DD1 and I didn't get to bed until gone 4.30am! I have missed her so much. Such a shame DD4 woke for Daisy mode at 7!

Forgot to add in the small hours while watching TV, I sorted shoe and coat cupboard under the stairs.

All shoe insoles binned, shoes fr£br£zed within an inch of their lives and new insoles all cut to size.

New batteries put into smoke detectors and CO2 monitor (I know you are supposed to change the battery once a year whether it needs it or not, although I test it when it appears on the thread now, thought I best to change them now)

DD1 wants to take DS swimming for a treat later, so I am thinking about all the things I can try and get done .....might to try to cut the grass one last time before winter descends (rumour has it that snow is coming end of this month :mad:) although I still have my bag of rock salt from the thread this time last year tucked behind my plant in the porch, so I guess I am ready.

I might go finish off that Lucozade, and hope for another good day.

Morning all.

Managed a lie-in on a Saturday :j This only normally happens when DD is away but she's out with Ex tomorrow instead so I've left her in bed to fester. I'm hoping she'll wake in a better mood

Didn't get much done yesterday cleaning wise after lunch because I decided to tackle the work stuff which was taking over in the livingroom. Just the shredding to go now before I can claim that its where it should be but I'll wait for DD to get up first.

I'm going to have a bit of me time and catch up on some TV while the WM does its thing with the cleaning cloths since I forgot to take them out the machine and dry them yesterday DD is aware that today is chores & lists day and not a slob in front of the TV day like she was probably hoping.

Sweep leaves from your doorstep and give the door a wipe inside and out if you can - its raining again so work outside is on hold until next week when the weather is supposed to improve.

Hoover the parts of the floor you can see
Wipe phones/games and tv controls
Clean a window
Frothy Thursday - Bathroom Deep clean
Mould alert, check for any starting to develop and deal with it - Livingroom, master bedroom, hall, (hopefully I can squeeze enough good stuff out the bottle if not, neat bleach it is!)
Hoover and wash the floor right into the corners including any skirting
Polish mirrors, windows, shower screens
Almost there Friday Master Bedroom, Stairs and Landing
Hoover stairs
Change the bedding
Pull everything out from under the bed and hoover
Catch up on laundry - need to do a "degrease" wash on some of DDs clothes :mad: How they're getting on her clothes I don't know but its only ever her stuff.
Order one item for Christmas - waiting on speaking to ex who wants to discuss something to do with DD's main pressie apparently so I guess I best order the cards tonight when DD has had input
