Yes, normally remove tip of plant one leaf beyond the last truss
This is for outside, as in "normal" UK summer any further trusses just will not swell & ripen in our climate
However in greenhouses they can go on & on, up over the roof if you want
I ignore the 3 truss rule, and hope for good warm weather [in Hampshire] to get a few more toms, does not always work, in fact not for last few yearsEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0
