Yes, that is one of the links to the old pages that still exist on the server.
But if you shorten that URL

It hasn't got cashback anyway0

I would refer you to my earlier posts and links in this thread stating that the card is not currently available for new applicants.
I'm sorry but you are incorrect, I applied for and was accepted for a cashback card using the link even when they said it was not open to new customers.
I have used the card and received cashback on purchases..
Repeating the card is closed when these are not the correct facts is not helpful..
For anyone who is interested the link I used was http://www.luma.co.uk/cashback-credit-card-ctrl/?channel=display&m=VTS&cam=Cashback&k=finance
Just make sure that it mentions a 4% rebate in the T&C before you apply.. I have copied and pasted the bit...
Rebates
You will be enrolled in the Capital One rebate programme. For the first £225 worth of Purchases at Supermarkets and Fuel Stations applied to your account in each statement period you will receive a rebate of 4%. "Supermarket" includes, but is not limited to Marks & Spencer, Asda, Iceland, The Co-operative, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Somerfield, Tesco, Ocado, Farmfoods, Lidl and Waitrose and their online grocery shopping websites. Purchases at concessions within Supermarkets, Metro and Local Supermarkets, Supermarket branded outlets in service stations and railway stations, and Supermarket branded stores and websites for whom grocery shopping is not the main activity (for example Tesco Direct) may not be eligible for a rebate. "Fuel Station" includes, but is not limited to those operated by Supermarkets, BP, Esso, Shell and Texaco. Each rebate will appear on your January statement and will be credited to your account in January unless we notify you of another method. No rebate will be paid to you if at that time you are in default under the terms of this agreement. However the amount of that year's rebate will accrue and may be payable in a following year. No rebate will be payable if this agreement is terminated or your account is closed. No rebate is payable in respect of cash withdrawals, balance transfers, or purchases which are refunded by the retailer. We may change the rules of this programme. We will tell you about any change.0 -

Does it mean the maximum cashback the people could earn will be maximum of £225 ??0 -
I've just applied via the link above so will let you know if it's a cash back card or normal one.
I got the 'we'll contact you in a few days'.
I got declined for a CapitalOne Classic Extra card as I already had a progress card for the last few years and they said they weren't willing to give me another card, so am not holding out much hope of this being accepted.0 -
Have applied again via SIVS link (above posts) and the T&C read the same as I recall last time.
This time though I have printed them out to make sure that they refer to the 4% cashback.
Application now being considered, however, as I have only just closed the incorrect account I not too hopeful not going to get screwed again.
Not spending this time, if successful, until confirmed right card!

Yes, you can still locate the application form if you dig further into the archives on the server, but all the URLs start with one of the above links.
All anyone applying today using that application form will will get is a footprint left on their credit file indicating a credit search has been made. That may adversely affect any other application you make for credit elsewhere, at least for a few months.
Repeatedly enticing others to apply for credit that is clearly not available at present is not helpful.0 -
It is available. I've been accepted for it this week using the link in this thread. The T&C's I signed up to specifically mention the 4% cashback.
It might be that they are no longer 'actively' marketing it at the moment.0
