  • Have only just caught up with this thread.

    It would seem that our resident T Roll has acted as usual. And in the typical manner that employees of DCA's tend to behave. They have a condescending, pompous and sanctimonious attitude, deviate from the truth, mislead and misinform.

    Any DCA is hardly likely to give you any information that is going to be to your benefit, only their own.

    Some of T Rolls posts can be informative, but he/she is not infallible.*

    Throwing personal insults and a generally aggressive posts, to me, show a weak and cowardly individual. Perhaps a career in debt collecting is entirely appropriate.

    Well done - a bankrupt with little or no experience. Have you had debt problems perchance ?

    Since you appear to take great delight in contesting the accuracy of most of my posts, could you please check the accuracy of your own statements, BEFORE attempting to discredit me, or other posters who are genuinely trying to point people in the right direction.
    Perhaps if you were more careful in checking your own information, rather than monotonously purporting the position of an 'industry' that is completely oblivious to the individual circumstances of debtors, and alleged debtors, then your posts may be viewed with a small amount of credibility.
    Any further such references to me will be viewed as libellous and reported to the relevant authorities.

    If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

    It may be a coincidence, but your username....um Tootsie Roll??? Was that intentional?

    Of course it is, Snag. This particular TROLL takes great pleasure in posting comments which are designed at contradicting any well meaning, even well researched, advice that the majority of DFW posters offer. Hardly surpising, though, since this 'individual' has earnt his living as a Debt Collector.

    I have noticed that Tootsie Roll, though somewhat insensitive at times, does actually give a lot of sound advice.

    I didn't mean to start an argument :o but when I see needless nastiness and personal attacks (particularly against people I like), I just can't seem to keep my big mouth closed! :eek: :D

    You can posture all you like but no-one can dispute that the information I give isn't absolutely spot on;

    I agree completely. I would never dispute that the information you dish out isn't spot on. So, by your own admission, it's a load of old cobblers? :rolleyes:

    Perhaps you could include it in your signature? "The information I give isn't absolutely spot on." :rotfl:
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
