I lost another 2lbs this week. I took HBS advice of weight training and started doing Starting Strength alongside my other cardio. Can't lift much yet as my arms are like jelly :rotfl:
Nope 2015! starting early as I struggle a lot with my weight!0 -

however ive just been looking at the couch to 5k and i think i might give that a go. I like that the person talks you through it and might try it with oh so were both in it together. Need to get some proper weight shifted! Watch this space lol
I know that feeling, working an hour away and getting in in the dark does not help with the motivation! Got me starting weight weds, and it was worse than I thought, so definately going to get cracking at the weekend- I need to shop for healthy food as well, so that i don't buy things at lunch which are full of very yummy but very fattening stuff!0 -

Well done Runaway! My new bathroom scales had dummy batteries in them so I haven't been able to weigh myself!
But I did download and start using a free phone app, my fitness pal. Seems really good. It calculated how many calories I should be eating and has a nifty progression button as well!
Might be ordering my dress in a UK size 14... Heres hoping I get into it!094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

Bad week for me - working in France and being spoiled with lovely lunches!
Been good in the evenings and sticking to steak and salad though
Back to the grind next week - my size 14s don't feel tight thankfully
