I want to join! :-) Is the OP still around? I only read the first couple posts saying she is getting married in May 14 so...next month!

I have gained two stone since meeting my partner three years ago mainly due to having two pregnancys back to back... started my 'lose weight for the wedding' last week and half ago but then got ill typically the day after so spent three days on sofa.

Currently 13 on the dot but started at 13'1 so lost 1 pound this week so far, ideally I'd want to go down to 10'6? So half a stone lighter then I was when we met, not really sure what a good aim is really as I wasn't to happy with my weight then but better then what I am now ofc!

I've also brought myself an exercise mat + wheel for trimming the stomach which I need to do mainly and a pedometer.
People don't know what they want until you show them.

I want to get in on this weight-loss wagon! I started earlier in the year but got WAY WAY WAAAY off track so just started again recently! I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - it's hard work but you can feel it doing it's job!
I'm also throwing in some extra arm exercises.
Printed myself off a calendar and I've put the workouts I need to do on each day and putting a big huge cross them off as I go, so if ever I'm tempted to give up I can see just how much I've already done and won't want to throw all the hard work away.

Evening all :hello: How are we all getting on? I am now down to 12st 4lb :j . The top end of my ideal weight range is 11st so am going to see if I can get to this by the time I go on holiday in October. Fingers crossed anyway! Have been going to the gym regularly with OH and he is doing very well with his weight loss. Have also just ordered some dumb bells as I need to also try and tone up my bingo wings :o
