I need to move more, I was supposed to do pilates today but opted to stay in bed..... I have the DVDs ready to go, just need to find my motivation!
  • Haven't eaten much today but haven't done much either!

Planning on heading to the gym later though for an hour to get me out of the house at least!

I'm debating if I should join a gym or not. I feel like I shouldn't because I have a dog, and I should just take him out more if I want to exercise more. But then I think maybe if i'm paying for it, I'd be more inclined to work out and maybe join classes I enjoy??
  • There is a gym upstairs in the building I live in that is including in our utilities bills, so its free to use.... Doesn't mean I have any motivation though! ;)

We've got a new one in our village, which is on a rolling contract, so if it doesn't work, I'm not tied in for a year of what ever. But part of me thinks, wait til Jan when there will be offers to join everywhere!
  • I joined a gym and tbh didn't like it very much. Ended up buying a treadmill instead and also do wii fit. However my body isn't playing ball at the minute and as soon as I hit my period I seem to put half a stone back on and then spend the next 3 weeks trying to lose it again. What a vicious circle!!

What do you do in the way of weights or bodyweight exercises? :)

No weights just a 30 min run and 30 mins on the wii 4 times a week each.

Right. Was out for 30 mins with my dog this morning and hope to repeat that tonight when I get in.

My plan to do my pilates DVD was foiled by lack of DVD in the box!
  • I think I'm going to pay for a personal trainer twice a week for a little while until I get organised! Its roughly €14 an hour/£12 an hour which considering I don't have any gym membership could be quite a good investment.

Its either that or gaelic training which could be fun!
