    Hi Y'all,

Hail fellow lark! (AMIE):hello: :hello: I too heard the dawn chorus this morning in addition to the neighbours gettig frisky in the small wee hours. I suspected they hadn't been together five minutes when they moved in a month or two ago and early morning fumbling has just confirmed my suspicions. Give is another year and such nonsense will be a distant memory, LOL

Having said that, bedroom MATH saw some action last night...Mrs MATH and I both turned a new page at the same time...LOL

Yup tis really me, I normally didn't see the world at this time of the morning (not being a milkman like!) but Mrs MATH's snoreing has had me up and about since 3:30am:eek: I always have this problem when I've been over to the coast - 2 nights sleeping alone in the shhhh... quiet. I've got to aclimatize myself again now!

The journey over there on Friday afternoon was terrifying. We had to stop three times and just hope those behind us did the same, you couldn't see anything even with the wipers going at full clapper. Roundabouts and junctions all around Lincoln were hidden under 3-4 inches of water, you just had to try and remember where they were from memory. LOL

    Plan for today

    Washing (2 loads)
    TD (2 loads)
    Vac and dust house
Daily fettle of kitchen and baths
    Tesco shop
    Paid2clicks
    Change library books
    Banking

    Dinner

    Baked Cheddar Rissotto
    Fruit salad

Have a good day. If you don't hear from me again I've probably colapsed due to EMSS (Early morning shock sydrome)

Morning Amie399, Math and every1 else who follows on! Oh and those who I cross posts with!

Just popping in to say hi whilst PsychoKitten tires himself out (hopefully) chasing toys. We were both up with OH at 4:45 and I'm hoping to grab another hour soon once the so-and-so has dropped back to sleep.

Achy a bit due to doing 5 hours at the lottie yesterday. Grabbed the time whilst OH was at home looking after PK. Part of it looks a lot tidier but I need about another month-worth of days like that:rotfl: I'll never reach the standard of the neighbours though - they even entered the "most beautiful allotment" comp in the local town last year! (No pressure!)

Didn't defrost freezer or anything useful like that so planning on spending the day houseworking. Grey and grizzly outside anyway. Just remembered must wash the kitchen stone floor a few times - stonemason coming to fix outside stonework and putting some more grout in stone floor to replace some that didn't stay when he renewed it last Oct. I don't want him to see the kitchen floor in it's current state - :o

Going to read the end of yesterdays posts. Have a good one folks!

Back to work for me today, have 3 LOs here, so will be a busy one - so hoping to get a bit done before they all get here. Need to do some baking later, which they all love so that will be a good job out of the way.

Nothing much else going on here - so ((HUGS)) to anyone who wants/needs one, and hope everyone has a lovely day,

fbthree... i live next door to a lovely old couple in their 70s, they have two allotments, where they spend most of their days.. they grow everything, also our gardens are 120 foot each and theirs is kept like Kew Gds !!!! i dont know where they get their energy from... they are allways out there. i do my best to keep our garden nice, but its chore rather than a hobby, i do have nice flower beds and a small veggie patch, which i chat to each morning. but sometimes i feel its hard to live next door to something thats so well kept and beautiful and it makes me feel like mines just never up to scratch...omg ive just re-read what i have written and it sounds like im the green eyed monster !!!!! i dont meen to be, but i do get a bit enviouse rather than jelouse !!!!

penpin ..ouch !!!!!!! hope you get your abcess sorted out

Math.... is that really you ? i dont think ive ever seen you on the first page !!!!!!!!! lol.. you know that your going to get loads of stick from us all this morning !!!!!!! you made me laugh sooooo much over your comment on the Math bedroom action !!!!!!!!!

    Hello
Feeling ill and sorry for myself - hung over!!! Seem to be feeling worse as the day progressed. Been sick and I thought that would've helped, but it didn't.
Sitting here with a herbal tea and glass of water. Another hour and a half and I can take some more tablets.

off the hairdressers this morning. part of the big build up to our holidays! two weeks on friday we'll be in florida! had an email from the villa owner to say he's just back and there is some building work starting in the ground behind the villa to install a new water system. hopefully it wont spoil our holiday. nothing we can do about it now, and at least we know. he doesnt think it will disturb us too much so here's hoping.

other than that, the day will depend on the weather. must catch up with some gossip with my friend ;)
    chicken fahjitas for tea :)

Good morning everyone! It's been a long while since I've been on here but having got up early for the first time in ages I thought it the perfect opportunity to pop in and say HELLO!!!
No doubt the daily is full again with new people that I've not spoken to previously, so hello to you, and of course hello to all I've known for a while (don't worry I'm not going to list individual hello's :D)
It's safe to say I've missed you all bucket loads - just never seem to have long enough to sit in front of the pc to read the daily these days.
Not because I'm being a good O/Ser though - the house is like a tip, and my pani is feeling very neglected ***blush***
On the plus side I have saved a packet by making a new fence for the bottom half of my garden - some of you may recall the drawn out saga of my erecting some panels last year? Apparently there is a timber shortage this year and as such prices have shot up so I couldn't afford new panels.
There's still no news on an allotment for me - but perhaps just as well as finishing the course and spending time with the new man in my life has lead to me not even keeping up with the garden I have!
Right, that is enough from me - I just wanted to say hi, but my habit of waffling still lives on ;)
Hope it goes well for you with the nurse today pen pin,
    Best wishes to you all,
Kaz xxxxxxx and a BIG CWTCH to anyone that wants one xxxx

    Hi everyone.

Had a great weekend. Busy, but good :-)

Shall do some school with the children, though still am looking after grandchildren as well.

Noticed my ironing is mounting up yet once again (Sigh) shall have to tackle that asap.

Not sure what my day entails really. Several things I need to do, but don't know if they'll get done today lol.

Everyone have a blessed and prosperous day.

    Hugs all round.
