I'd like to show him off if nobody objects?

No objections here, glad you are still keeping at it despite your problems last time. There was tons of road kill on the motorway this week - foxes may be getting more urban but they need to join the Tufty club!

I'm ok, been on a training course for last week and skiving off now. (hopefully the boss won't find out!) Have cold so feeling sorry for myself and days of staring at some bizarre new system has bored me to tears. Still it's nearly the weekend.

Are you going to come along to the Glasgow meet?

I'd love to go for a drive in the country roads in the wee small hours, but funnily enought, nobody wants me filling up their car with dead things :p.
I hate getting a cold, you have my sympathy. colds seem to render me completely useless. And by useless I mean I still do everything I need to, but majorly feel sorry for myself. Unlike man-flu. :rotfl:
There's a Glasgow meet??!!! I'd love to come along!

ahh, Bernard is sweet! are you selling him or just gonna keep him?

My cold's not bad enough to be off sick but just that annoying stage, hopefully it'll be gone by the weekend.

There's a thread on it somewhere but I think it's Saturday 7th June - PAP is organising though so maybe ask her.

unfortunatly I'll need to sell him. What with the debts and all, plus I have a trip to wales to save for and a week long course in taxidermy to do whilst I'm there. So all funds are needed to be saved.
Spotted the thread and commented, I'll be along :) even if it is with a packed lunch.

RPTR - Finally off the ground! WOO :j:j
Sold one of my rats to the same person who bought my first ever rat :D It' was a very welcome treat to wake up to! I have a nother two auctions running just now and I'll be listing another auction today (this one has been getting praise from another community I use. it's a miniature r@t skin rug!) I typed rat with an @ because I dont want folk who might google my ebay name to find my diary.

anyhoo, gotta run and do things.
Hope everyone is doing well out there xx :T:T:T:T

Another day, another confidence boost. I've been asked to commission four of the little rugs like the one I'm selling just now. Brilliant.

I'm thinking of changing RPTR to RPTB, the b standing for bills. Looking over my debts it's clear that some need paying quicker than others, inland revenue (who are charging me daily interest on what I owe), Scottish power...the sooner I get that paid the sooner I don't have to be a complete miser with the heating *shivers* ect.

That's all from me this week. Jumping in for a bath then heading out to the BFs.
Best wishes, everyone. I'm proud of you all xx

Nothing much of note going on, hence all being quiet over here. I had dealings with scottish power about my gas arrears, which aparently, they'd set my payment meter to collect £15pw! After some huffing and puffing I think I've sorted it so that my arrears payments are now set at a more reasonable £3pw.

I've been busy with my rodenty things. Changed my ebay name and shop name to something more suitable for someone who sells what I do. I've still got two auctions running just now both due to end this week (friday and saturday), one project finished today and another to be done tomorow so that they're ready to go up before the others finish. I've also got a possible two commissions to do, for five little rugs in total. I just need to wait for the first rug auction to finish so I can get in touch with folk to give them a price.

Remember my friend who helped me buy the jewellery package last year? He has very kindly offered to put a little sum of funds my way to help me get supplies in. It would be a very big relief to me as I've got very little in the way of funds to keep a flow of supplies comming in.

RPTB as I mentioned previously is under way, first bill to be dealt with - Inland Revenue *Boo! Hiss!* :p I'm not too far off the mark with that and it's not something I want hanging around my neck so the sooner that's gone the better.

With regards to the other bills, I'm not entirely sure how I should use RPTB. Aside from getting shot of the ILR bill asap, I wonder if it'd be better for me to pool all the earnings from my taxidermy, one month at a time then transfer to the bank to be divided between the bills with the highest repayments. This way I could do a monthly SOA to see where I'm going with it and it could maybe also help me lower repayment rates as I go along.

So, I've got alot to think about. I'm off to bed before slicethepie makes me give myself a lobotomy. Keep on being awesome, DFWs :T:T:T:T

and what exactly were you doing awake at such an ungodly hour hmmm? slap wrist young lady hope you're not back on the caffeine!!!

Fab news about having the money to buy some supplies in, friend was clearly v impressed with you last time and it is lovely that you are able to accept his help again. also lovely that you have the commissions to, i think you will find that will soon equal your ebay earnings or maybe even over take them. :D

Re the bills, are there any that you think you could clear in a month? for example a £50 that you can get shot of rather than dragging it out? are any of the companies putting more pressure on you than others? If so make them the priority! lots to think about hon but glad that you seem to be doing ok. hope all is ok with BF and family too.
    Big hugs
