No need to book, opens at 9am, which is when I aim to get there. It's at the back near the opticians, so you probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it.0 -

Just going to cancel my sky as do not get my moneys worth from it. Shame as I like a few channels just not worth the cost.
Should I do this online or phone. Could be tempted to stay but would have to be very cheap. If not back to bt which has a far better catch up service.

I'd ring up to cancel and speak to someone in cancellations, saying you can no longer afford it and they'll offer you a deal. You can then play hard ball and say no that's not enough of a discount I still can't afford that and see if they make you a better offer.
Bound to be a thread on here about it - people do this all the time to get the best deals.0 -

My dd cat was run over last year and the person responsible kindly contacted police and took her to emergency vet. This was early hours sunday morning.
They did not do anything except board and feed. Certainly did not clean. For 27 hours in a cage they charged £750. Dd transfered cat to her vet on the monday morning and then straight to specialist.
She was not allowed to take care of her own cat on the sunday but had to leave emergency vet. Question we are raising in court is why she could not have taken her cat home then to vets on monday as emergency vet gave no care whatsoever.
I know I would be very grateful to find my lost dog well cared for in anothers home rather than face a costly bill.
Good on you.

When my cat got knocked down I took it home from my vets on a Sunday to care for it whilst we waited to see if she got any feeling back in her pelvis. Only if she did would an operation be useful. I put her in a puppy crate bless her and cats are such clean animals she was dragging herself to the cat litter which was also in the crate. I set my alarm through the night so the pain killers didn't ware off but unfortunately she had a heart attack or something a few days later. Really glad I got those last few days to care for my cat when she needed me the most. Can't imagine how much a vet would charge for that sort of service xCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
