  • Many thanks cot, presuming they would credit my account or would they tell me to take the stuff back to the nearest store?

Don't remember what the original price of the onions were - except "save 79p".

I should have just given the guy back the stuff, what a chicken.

    Just edited my previous post

Someone was refunded this morning when they rang up .

    Small pickled onions. 89p, save 79p = 10p
    Mentos £1.19 , save £1 = 19p

For the locals someone stabbed themselves in Asda Hartlepool tonight about 4.30. Got here just after this & blood all over the entrance area & half of the shop corndoned off. Had to leave by the side once finished the shop. Apparently it was a junkie that had stabbed himself. Loads of isles shut off, half of the tills, half the entrance & all around the cash point area. Police were all over.
How very sad ..... Its a funny old world we live in when someone needs to stab themselves....... Drug pushers should have to witness the havoc they cause to families and the impact of the drugs they sell

    Hi

My mentos was also £1 :(

Don't know whether this helps, as not read back yet but shops I did at Sada confirmed chicken still works. Lynx & impulse full price. Pasta worked, as did crisps.
Against S the dairy box x2 triggered at £6 - £4odd back used Deans as the trigger (didn't show)
    Hth
Off for a little catch up :)

    Hi c-101

Cheers for the up-date. I've been a tad behind with my shopping:rotfl:, grandma duties.

Did Lynx and Impulse the last time, might manage to squeeze in a shop in the morning if still working. Tried the chicken but was not impressed - ok for £2 but would not have paid full whack. Pasta, crisps, dairy box, deans yet to try. Did get a mcvities/cone done the other day though.
