Yes! I ordered a king size mattress from Laura Ashley after Xmas. When it was delivered last week it measured exactly 145cm instead of 150cm. When I complained they asked me to send photos which I did. The photos clearly show that the widest part is 145cm which was acknowledged by customer services. I was told that they would source another mattress and discuss appropriate compensation when I was satisfied with it. Now they have told me that the measurements have not been taken from the widest part (!) and that any discrepancy in size is 'within their tolerances'! They are prepared to send me a £50 gift card or collect and refund. This is unacceptable, bearing in mind the aggravation and inconvenience they have caused. BTW they also delivered 2 hours late on the Saturday (6pm).
