As you have an indefinite award - it will be after Oct 2015 - so I would leave well alone NT.

it's a bit different for people like me ( i am blind). as i have a totally measurable condition, there is no room for opinion, aand it is highly unlikely that i will lose entitlement.

under PIP, people with visual impairments stand to do better than they did under DLA
  • No, I am not in one of those areas so unless things change it will be 20 weeks before award runs out, thanks for that.

I have previously checked all those links but for some reason thought this post meant something different, must have been overtired when I read it.

If you're not in one of those 3 areas then you will not be affected by the move from DLA to PIP when your current award ends as such, but will be re assessed on DLA instead. Unlike myself who is in one of them. Hope that makes it clearer.

Do you mean reassessed on PIP?

yf tiyew bur ib wales, the midlands or east anglia, you will be reassessed under DLA.

just a quick question that i havent seen answered ....

    oremiums.
currently on EDA you get SDP if you receive missle or high rate care, but nothing for low care.
as there are only 2 rates of PIP for care .... how wll ESA premiums be applied?
  • I hope the roll out of Universal Credit will go smoothly...

    ...oh hold on :(
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.

I think you've misread the map.
    Those areas are first.
  • This is utterly ridiculous, everyone is telling me different things, will phone DWP myself
