Lateral thinking ...
I wonder if MSE have chosen this particularly horrendous saga to comply with what they've been told to post, but to show that they are doing so grudgingly?
I mean - this thread is now in the public conciousness again, which doesn't do PE any favours.0 -

As you’ll be aware this board was set up for users to find factual information about parking tickets fines, whether they are enforceable or not, and the appeals and actions process.
What it was not set up to do was to pursue any one individual or company to the extent that some users on here have, again, despite our previous requests not to.

I think that MSE Andrea should be aware that Parking Eye will probably attract more threads and adverse comments simply because of the sheer number of DVLA applications and, therefore, NtKs that they make in comparison to the other PPCs.0 -
Perhaps it just shows that Parking Eye are now more intimidated than ever before and that they are now worried about the judgment in the Cambridge court case and so leaning on MSE is a way to show their authority.0

The one place I thought would fight against the persecution of individuals and the vulnerable.

Was it a post suggesting that Parking Eye have failed to act professionally in relation to the small claims court?Je suis Charlie0 -
A few weeks ago on the Aldi thread there was a message from Andrea warning against singling out individuals. When asked exactly what the problem was there was no reply. I believe it to have come from Onesie who trawls this forum and regularly posts on Aldi's FB page. Because said person put up a pretty smug post on there minutes after it appeared. P.E are a manipulative shady organization to say the least. It can be of some comfort that they are definitely rattled.
Thumbs up tp Benefit Master who worked so hard on Lainee's case. I'd put more store on one of your posts than 1000 from a forum that caves into pressure. After all is that what users here are specifically telling people Not to do.0 -
the speculation in respect of this continues some 24hrs later. Andrea?0

I think complaints to the SRA should be made if people feel Mrs Ledson has acted inappropriately.0
