    ours goes up, with all decorations on 29th November - eldest sons birthday is on 30th so have always done it to make his day a bit more special - he's in his 30's now and doesn't even live at home but got quite upset two years ago when we left hadn't put them up !!

    We had this conversation a few days ago and have compromised on putting it up on Friday the 13th. I wanted to put it up on the Friday after and we have to do it while the youngest is at school as it involves moving furniture around.
    Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T
