I have just cancelled my £10 sim you have to give 30days notice in writing. i am very please with both deals the 880i and n95. Both sons have the phones so they are happy too.:T

Is this additional Sim card a PAYG one?

My understanding is that its a recurring £10 a month. But as it only rolls over from month to month you are able to cancel it straight away and only pay the tenner.

Also been told that this deal runs til the end of the month.
  • Just taken the plunge.

Got the N95 free, 15months@£13.50 + 3months@£27, free internet for month, 3months free insurance, free car charger and hopefully a memory card (although not sure if the lass on the phone fully understood what I wanted). Oh and free delivery too but I had to take out the 2nd £10 SIM (tried your trick Mark but she wasn't having any of it!).

If I don't get a 1GB (or 512MB atleast) memory card I'll be ringing up and getting them to send me one aswell as a bluetooth headset.

Did you pay anything for the handset?

    Nope, free.

Over the 18 months and taking into account the extra SIM I had to take out for a tenner it works out @ £16.31 a month.

    Hi guys,

Thank you all for your comments re my hunt for the n95. Unfortunately, I have been impatient and opted for an n73 instead.

Very annoyed, 'they' promised it would be delivered today.... but guess what? Having sat at home all day twiddling my thumbs, no show! ... they now say tomorrow, but I am out all day tomorrow, the customer service has been naff...I have been pushed from department to department, and I'm really fed up. Threatened to cancel, but they said I can't cancel until they get the phone back.

........... is it always like this?

just make sure you've read the t&cs properly before purchasing anything
  • Everyone keeps saying ho great their deals are but they aren't saying where they have actually got them from :(
Some of you have been collosul when bargaining for a good deal with the N95 and I would like to get in on the action :D so can we know where you are buying your phones from please?

The deal talked about in this thread is direct from Vodafone on a new contract. Call the number on page 2 (I think) of this thread.
  • Mine arrived just after 9 this morning. Porting my number so my new SIM so I won't be active until Monday. I recieved the phone and charger/manual etc. aswell as a 512MB memory card, and the £10 SIM I had to take out. Didn't get a car charger which I was expecting so was a little upset.

Rang customer services to let them know what would make me happy again. He was happy to give me everything I wanted, a bigger memory card, the car charger and a bluetooth headset!

    Thanks Vodafone.

Well Ive been on the phone three times this morning to try and get this offer ( or anything approaching it ) without any luck. I have only been offered deals at £25 month and on one occasion was asked to pay £225 for the handset. I declined needless to say. When I quoted the deals that people on here have been offered, ( I said my friend had been offerered.. xxx ..... ) I was told if I supplied my friends number they would check out the deal and match it !! I am so frustrated, I really want this phone
