3rd time lucky.....
just got the 300 mins 100 texts deal at half price for 6months on a 12 month contract - i insisted she double check and confirm it was 12 months which she did. and a free handset.
think it helped that i already had an account with them for my wifes phone.
have to say im chuffed with that.
Result, it pays to keep trying:j
Hope other people keep trying as well.Money saving newbie but learning fast:D0 -

Not sure about Voadfone passport just ring 191 and ask.
I have just rang to confirm when my £10 sim will run out. Had a little grumble that I could not get any texts on it. The guy gave me 250 texts free as goodwill. it pays just to ring and be nice. The measure of love is love without measure0 -

I don't know Peter, I haven't seen any paperwork yet, the woman just gave me an account number and said to phone this to active the sim.
I have never been on a vodafone network so not sure what passport or stop the clock is.
I currently have the virgin lobster £40 (thanks MSE) with the 300 minutes and 300 texts for £10 as I am a cable customer.
I only went for this deal because I thought I would be paying an extra £8 which turned out hopefully to just be £6 a month more for a N95:DMoney saving newbie but learning fast:D0 -

Can I check something?
You got a N95, and a tarriff wher you get:
300 inclusive minutes
100 tests
All of this on a 12 month contract, of which 6 months are 1/2 price.
What is the monthly rental?
I am currently with O2, now out of contract. I am looking to get a N93, and dependent on the monthly contract price, this seems great ...One day I want to be the pigeon...... and not the statue!0 -

I have only seen this available on 18 month contracts from looking at the vodafone website, which is why i asked her to double check that it was a 12 months contract, she also confirmed this at the end of the call when she ran through everything.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0
