    Hi

    Mum has recieved a further payment of £630, as a special payment. This is calcualtes as interest on the delay payment, and the poor service she had recieved.

    Letter states if mum is not happy with the decision they will look at ut again for her, mum is happy and not greedy so she will leave it at that, merry xmass everyone.:beer:

    I def wouldnt gamble a penny away........Its very unlikely she will ever come into that kind of money again, so it pays to look after it............:)
