out : stir fry sauces and noodles, broth mix, chicken quesadilla

In:  goat meat; mutton; bread; frozen mixed fruit; frozen cherries
Out:  fish pie for dinner tomorrow; chicken livers & bacon to make pate for lunch tomorrow

I'll have a look for the link and send it your way. And i would love the rosehip marmalade (incl the reduced sugar bit) recipe. I had great success with pear brandy and pear liqueur (vodka) too. 
Out: chicken breasts, ms C forgot to take it out last night.
In: 0 I now have 2 empty shelves in shed freezer ready for Easter specials!
