Forgot to add: discovered both Ald1 and L1dl do 0% lager, so my (100days) of Dry January became a lot cheaper and I can stock up a bit too now.

Out 2 x venison steaks, rosehip and orange marmalade which is HM and I freeze it in small portions because I use less sugar than the recipe says and therefore it doesn't set well - good as a base for steamed puds.

Oh, i like the idea of the rosehip marmalade. Last year had great success with rosehip gin liqueur.
