So far I've not been shopping for 8 days, I always shop online (due to age and Covid) so I use a split screen and keep a list of what I need at two different supermarkets - then I select one of the two, usually the cheaper and have them deliver. At the moment I only have washing tabs, firelighters and stock cubes plus a bit of fruit so I should be able to last a few more days.

Out:- half leg mutton, ice cream,
Just looking at how many eggs I have that haven't been sold at the gate, (probably due to the rain and wind) I'll make some cake batter and freeze it uncooked. It doesn't take long to do and I freeze it in ice cream tubs, each tub holds just enough for a smallish tray bake.2 -
Wish you lived near me zafiro! There's nowhere near me where I could buy free range eggs at the gate!
