Cooking a SC full of savoury mince so this will be portioned later and will go IN to the freezer, apart from enough for a cottage pie for dinner tomorrow night.

Have taken a pork leg joint OUT for dinner tonight.  LOs will be sliced and frozen and go IN to the freezer tonight or tomorrow.

Going to cook a SC full of veggie chilli tomorrow so will also portion that to go IN to the freezer tomorrow night.

Done a small harvest yesterday at allotment, so blanching chard and then freezing. Also got some mince to make batch of meatballs.
Out: yesterday, chicken chipolatas for tonight.
Has anyone attempted freezing potatoes? I know they need blanching and drying if i remember correctly? Got a glut of charlotte potatoes, so want to keep some for later if possible.

Made some savoury mince in the SC, had 2 portions last night and  have portioned up and have put 3 x 2 portion packs in the freezer.  Nothing out today.

Cooked a piece of pork leg yesterday; 2 x 2 portions have gone into the freezer and will be having some of that for dinner tonight for dinner; a few slices will be left in the fridge to have with salad for lunch tomorrow.

It's lovely getting some more food into the freezer without having to go shopping!  Everything was in the freezer or fridge.  Have got some veg in the fridge and planning on making a veggie chilli in the SC tomorrow (was going to do it today but didn't get round to it!).
