Had "one of those days"  yesterday, planned fish n` chips didn`t happen, had my remaining lamb burger on a part baked sourdough baguette, then egg sandwich later.
OUT: Lamb burger, don`t count bread products. Lamb defrosting for Sunday, no idea what yet for today, will edit later.
Later: got some mince out, thinking chilli con carne, but not really fancying that either.

IN -Have portioned up the veg chilli which I made in the SC yesterday.  So now have 8 portions - 4 x 2 portions for dinners plus 2 small portions which will do for lunches with a jacket potato.

OUT - small pork belly joint for dinner tomorrow plus wraps for lunch today

    Nothing In or Out today.

Making a butternut squash & chickpea curry for dinner tomorrow night to use up the half squash I have left in the fridge.  Don't think there be enough to freeze any though, just enough for one meal for the 2 of us.

Love pork shoulder - I usually make pulled pork with it;  a little goes a very long way that way.

We had pulled pork shoulder last week and it done 2 of us for Sunday dinner; rolls for lunch on Monday and Tuesday and the joint only cost £2.50!

@joedenise I only buy shoulder pork and lamb, I love fat, anything, and as people know that`s where the flavour is in any meat,
Don`t know what anything to day will edit later.
