Out peas, the very last of the beef mince, it must be over a year old!!, ice cream, pate, 2 beef burgers (I ordered lamb burgers but they sent beef and onion burgers instead. I darn't give then to DH just in case he's allergic to one of the ingredients. I can't remember the last time I had thin beef burgers and I won't be having them again - pity we don't have a dog anymore)

    Hi all,
    Can I join please?
I am terrible freezer hoarder. I have 2 freezers-1 under counter and 1 half of the fridge freezer. They are constantly full. Only when 1 needs defrosting do I really avoid shops to eat out of it enough to do the job. And I am itching to immediatelly fill it again
I see an offer and I buy 2-1 for the freezer. Even though it is already full!
I also cook 4 portions of many things, putting 2 in freezer for "when you cannot be bothered to cook", but I love cooking so it often only gets eaten when I go away and my husband has to care for himself!🤣
Mind you now it means I don't really need to leave the house unless I need fresh bread. 1 Kingsmill lasts us a week. So I have been out 2x in the whole lockdown period and supplied my in laws at the same time.👍(self isolating)
Today in: 3 chicken breasts from last shopping trip
Out: 2xcod fillets for mother in law, we will have frozen white fish fillets for thai curry tonight (cheap Tesco pack fish), bacon&sausages for sausage stew for Monday (will cook today as already defrosted for our sausage butties this morning) and pork knuckle for Sunday lunch

This will mean I won't go near freezer for 3 days after today!
As I cannot go to shops again I won't put anything in either🤣

In 2 x venison casserole, one in fridge for tomorrow's tea.
Out 0  DH's birthday yesterday so we're eating up leftovers. Lunch was sandwiches made from leftover loin of pork. Tea was very peculiar - remains of birthday cake and yogurt. Still more birthday cake to be finished so I can see it with custard tomorrow!!!
