Out:- milk, small piece of shortcrust pastry to make a flan, rest of the stuff in the fridge3 -

Just back from holiday and planning on eating as much as possible from freezer!
Out: Steak, Kidney & veg - sort of stew. Will reheat and serve with mash for dinner tomorrow.

Big shop added to our 4 freezers today. Now self isolating as vulnerable and using food as if we live in a nuclear bunker. Brisket and veg in slow cooker. Some juices for gravy, rest with veg peelings heading for soup maker with additions tomorrow. Waste nothing!3

I thought this would be a great forum for finding useful recipes for using the freezer & store cupboard items but no. People just listing what they've put into & taken out of their freezers. What a waste of a good forum.2

People use this thread in different ways. I put an inventory of items that need using up each month, and if I need advice here is where I ask for it.Not Rachmaninov
