But when you checked the transactions, did you minus the ones for fuel? And also for 'Direct'?
Oh yes. I am very particular.
I still wonder why Tesco provide the correct info for me to view, yet deny this info when I contact them. I also wonder if I am the only one...There is no excuse for rudeness. Ignorance on the other hand is excusable – you don’t know what you’re talking about.0 -
Thank you for giving me the incentive to email them to enquire about my voucher. I received this reply today:
I was sorry to hear that you hadn't received your money off coupon from our Invite to Spend promotion. I have contacted our promotional department, and they have let me know that the invite was for you to use your credit card in Tesco for the promotion. As it was your Clubcard that was used, the vouchers wasn't sent out as the system had you down as not qualified.
However, we can see that the spend was done on your Clubcard, so we are going to send you out a £40 Tesco Moneycard instead. This will be sent out in the post, and will be with you in January. Unfortunately due to this busy time, we can't guarantee any Moneycards for Christmas.0 -

Intriguing. I still have the original invitation, I've kept it along with all the receipts with which I qualified. And nowhere on it does it mention the Tesco Credit Card (which I do have) - it says "simply swipe your Clubcard whenever you shop and we'll do the maths."
Also to the other poster who's been told they didn't reach the required spend, I just want to clarify that the T&C say it only "Excludes purchases from Tesco direct and fuel". So everything else should have qualified - I'd get back in touch with them with copy receipts etc.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

The invite that went out - quoted a clubcard no that the offer was tailored to i.e. the last four digits.
Now, you didn't literally have to use that card, but as long as the card that you used was linked to it, that would be fine.
A simple check for this can be found in MCA - view my cards.
Please note too if it's the Tesco Credit Card, it's not the C/card No., but the Clubcard No down the bottom by you name.
The 'Clubcard' referred to, can either be the ordinary Clubcard or the Tesco Credit Card Clubcard.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Had my letter this morning! They're now saying that I narrowly missed achieving the target (no I didn't, I still have the receipts to prove that) but they're giving me the full amount on a card anyway - which was enclosed! Just in time for shopping today!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Mine was the clubcard attached to a Mr T credit card £50x4 to get a £25 voucher. Christmas extras bought early, a couple of Christmas pressies and stocking up with some household stuff on various offers saw the target easily achieved. £25 voucher eventually used off a camera as mine died just before Christmas, thanks Mr T!:D0
