5. Yes, to £2.10Just to note that ALL ITV phone in comps already break this rule then as they cost £1.54 to enter by phone
Or £1.50 + 1 standard text at normal rate (15p for O2 customers) so £1.65 per text0 -

so if we all ask our local libraries to get a copy for all the new magazines that come out every week/month then they would have to, that would be good
just need someone to sit in the library & spend a couple of hours doing all the puzzles in them then to post upplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -

NoI don't believe there is any difference between competitions which charge a substantial premium rate to enter purely to make a good profit for the organiser via the entry fee and gambling sites such as bingo and casinos. A number of people have argued that they are adults and can decide for themselves whether to enter or not but this is a "Money Saving" forum and these premium entry competitions aren't a way to save money just as gambling sites aren't a way to save money. Indeed for this forum to encourage them I feel is against the ethos of MSE. For this reason and for the fact that these competitions are advertised through more commercial websites for those who do wish to participate, I have voted to retain the lower limit.0
