I won't let them get away with it.
I don't see how they are going to stop them 'getting away with it' personally. The OP can do as he/she pleases.
If you mean with the employer - it can be pursued but likely will go nowhere. If the OP said somewhere before my post that that was the intention - apols, I must have missed it.We’ve had to remove your signature. I don't see how they are going to stop them 'getting away with it' personally.
They are accredited to work with International Universities/Colleges and foreign exchange programmes, from places such as China and Eastern Europe amongst others.
If they do not acknowledge this behaviour and attitude is completely unacceptable in their business and staff team and they don't say they will take steps to change it then it will just be a case of informing the accredited bodies who at least have been made aware of it.
Yes it probably won't go anywhere, but if others leave and do the same or they have complaints from other stakeholders then it might and it would be a good thing.0 -

Thatat's not the point.
One, solo report, second-hand, with or without authority from the victim/witness, to the employer or a statutory body or whatever may or may not be followed up. Several may be more likely to be followed up.
Empirically, the simple act of reporting it may bring about change.0 -
Starcloud it sounds to me that you are being a tad intolerant here. You initially said the company are ding nothing about it but later reported that they heard an initial complaint and are dealing with your girlfriend right now about this second complaint.
You do not know what the company have done with regard to correction counselling or formal warning with the lady in question because the company will keep that private. That doesn't mean you have the right to assume nothing is being done.
Your girlfriend has the opportunity to ask the lady to stop speaking that way in front of her and to complain to her line manager if the lady continues. The people in the office can keep a diary and written notes about what is being said and present that to their line manager. If the line manager does not act, they can go upline as per the grievance procedure.
Its your girlfriend's choice to leave and not pursue her complaint. No need for you to do anything other than support your girlfriend's decision at home with kind words.
We come up against all sorts in working life and probably like very few people we work with so we have to develop thick skins - either "put up or shut up" and chose which battles are worth fighting over. Your girlfriend has obviously decided to walk away from this particular battle. You may have chosen otherwise but it's not your battle so respect her decision.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Any more posts you want to make on something you obviously know very little about?"
Is an actual reaction to my posts, so please don't rely on anything I say.

I am not saying it is acceptable at all but you can not step in and fight the battle only advise her. They are accredited to work with International Universities/Colleges and foreign exchange programmes, from places such as China and Eastern Europe amongst others.

If someone is working with foreign exchange students foreign people is what you are going to come in contact with and if they have the problem then maybe they should leave not your gf.We’ve had to remove your signature. re-reading the OP I note that your partner has only been there 2 weeks and you state that the person in question regularly rants and raves and bullies the employees, but yesterday was the first time they made derogatory comments about Eastern Europeans in one of their rants.
So when was a complaint made and how much time have you given for action to be taken? You now make out that this is a regular occurrence and management have done nothing about it.
I think you have jumped the gun a bit here. Yes your partner may have been deeply upset at the rant comments yesterday and rightly so but she should follow procedure and allow management to address her concerns.0
