Morning folks
No change in the bank accounts overnight so I finish the month (barring a major upset at the supermarket later) on budget for groceries, and only £1.92 overspent on my spending money budget.
There's another £5 off a £10 meat spend in Morrisons voucher in the Sun today if anyone's interested. I still have a LOT of meat in the freezer, but it's a hard offer to refuse! I might just buy all chicken breasts because they can be put in individual freezer bags and hidden in small corners
I'm off to play a short game of Freezer-Tetris before work...0 -

Morning folks
It's been a busy old week here in Mooo Towers with the various Edinburgh Festivals in full swing. I've been to 11 shows so far with quite a few more on the horizon. Thankfully I save for this throughout the year and am still spending from the Fringe budget.
My food budget is already squeaky, with less than £100 left. I'll be doing a list this weekend and making sure I stick to it! In addition to my Fringe budget, I also have a Spending Money budget which has about £100 in it, so I can use that for food if I run over a little.
My Nectar earnings have stalled a wee bit as I don't have time for surveys, but they're sitting over £39 so I can take my foot off the gas a little anywayI have a voucher for extra points when I spend £10 so might do part of this weeks shopping in Sainsbury's.
I cashed in 35 Tesco points yesterday from TCB, so they will be on my next statement. This month I got £8.50 in Clubcard vouchers, so I'm happy with that. I'll keep them ready for Christmas shopping or similar.
Hope everyone else is well - sorry I haven't been keeping up with diaries either0 -
Apparently the Sun today has a coupon for £5 off fruit and veg with no minimum spend. I think I'll be buying that paper today then0

Not bad!
I didn't do Fringe shows as I decided to nap instead and I think that was a good choice.
I went and did my shopping and did a full week's shop including two bags of cat litter for £22.13That even allowed for some treats like a quiche for lunch and some chorizo.
I used some Love2Shop vouchers from a survey to get my hair dye for free, so I'll dye it tomorrow. I like having it really red in the summer and it's fading to ginger again :rotfl:
I'm off to two stand-up shows tonight, which should be fun. I need an earlier night than I had last night though - it was after one when I got homeI did get to see two free shows though and one was presented by Sue Perkins from GBBO *and* one of the acts was Ladysmith Black Mambazo, so it was fantastic to be able to see them live! It's shaping up to be a good weekend at Mooo Towers.

Morning all
A productive morning in Mooo Towers already - 12 Adpoints earned and 120 from surveys :j My Nectar balance (excluding these) is already at 8059 points / £40.29 which I'm very pleased with. I'm going to be using these points to pay for Christmas food and drink and that'll give the two of us a very nice Christmas dinnerAnything else I earn between now and then will be for presents.
Not a lot else to report really - yesterday was a day of housework and not spending. I've sold some excess craft stuff, so need to withdraw that money from Paypal later as I've already used some of it to buy a t-shirt0
